Nahanni & Mahikan

June 21, 2014 – First thing this morning (5AM) I took them for a walk. It was lightly raining so tried to keep them under the tree cover. They did quite well. Put them in the kennel as it was still raining till around 9AM when I released them.

After lunch, I took Tundra & Meshach for a walk. After I returned, I was able to get Nahanni into the harness & took him with Meshach for a walk. Little Mahikan was upset that her buddy was disappearing she howled for 5 minutes & could hear her 200 yards away. Nahanni did well with Meshach & he sometimes took the lead.

Came back to get Mahikan & took her with Tundra. Tundra is not as helpful on the walks & Mahikan is not as focused as Nahanni, so Meshach is the designated walker.

These 2 pups are so bonded with each other that they do not want to be separated from each other.
